Our clinic operates inside two locations, one in Ajax (Reactivate Physio & Massage) and the other in Whitby (Kendalwood SDA Church)!
The owner, Natasha Brown, is a dedicated Christian who attributes her skills and successes to God's intervention. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all our clients, and we look forward to helping you quench your ache on your journey to wellness.

Why the name "QUENCH"?
QUENCH is a word that refers to hydration, relief and/or calm. In addition, our bodies are roughly made up of 60% water. The way we see it, the language your pain understands is hydration through massage. In that same thought, QUENCH Massage Clinic is all about quenching your ache with massage.

Payment information will only
be used when requested by
the patient, or if there is an outstanding amount due to a missed appointment or 'no show'.
I'd prefer an enforced cancellation policy over a general price increase.

OUR RESPONSE:
We will have a strict cancellation policy for missed and 'no-show' appointments. For appointments with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of the appointment will
be charged.
